Welcome to my site! Here's a bit about me in case you're curious.
For more than 10 years I've been working professionally as a career coach with clients of all ages and a variety of interests. My knowledge of industries range from Non-Profits, IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Green jobs, and beyond. One of my most memorable meetings was with a client who shared that he was passionate about working with fire. We discovered a range of opportunities to explore his interest as a career path!
I now work professionally as a Health Coach. In 2014 I became a Certified Wellness Coach through Vera Whole Health in Seattle, WA. This certification trained me on additional methods to help clients "overcome ambivalence and take ownership of their wellbeing." I am also an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coaching all over the world.
As a coach, I am dedicated to listening to you fully and helping you identify resources and goals to aid you in your wellness or career path. Lots of times both your wellness and your career are intermingled!
I enjoy the outdoors, yoga, asking questions, and helping people find possibilities when they feel stuck. I welcome any questions you might have and look forward to helping you determine how coaching can be a fit for you.
