For 15+ years I've been working professionally as a career coach with clients of all ages and a variety of interests. My knowledge of industries range from Non-Profits, IT, Healthcare, Engineering and beyond.
I am also a Certified Wellness Coach, allowing me to help you take ownership of your wellbeing. I am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coaching all over the world.
As a coach, I am dedicated to listening to you fully and helping you identify resources and goals to aid you in your wellness or career path. Lots of times both your wellness and career goals are intermingled! My job is to guide each client in clarifying what their needs and goals are, and we co-create a plan of how we get there.
I enjoy the genuine interactions with clients, being curious, and helping people find possibilities when they feel stuck. I welcome any questions you might have and look forward to helping you determine how coaching can be a fit for you.
